CURRENT STUDENTS
Enrollment Packets for current students for the 2010-2011 school year will be sent and mailed home on Friday, January 22, 2010. They are due back in the office by Friday, February 19, 2010
You can also print out the necessary forms by clicking on the MS Word icon below.
To begin the re-enrollment process for Fall 2010, print out the forms, fill them out, sign them (student AND parents/guardians must sign), attach all additional papers or reports, and submit to the MCA Main Office.
The first page in the print out is a check-off form listing all steps in the re-enrollment process.

In addition to the forms above, current students and propective students must also fill out and turn in the a "Transfer Request Form" and an "HISD Enrollment Form." You can print those forms below by clicking on the appropriate icon.
