PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
Enrollment Packets for prospective students for the 2010-2011 school year are now available in the main office at MCA or may be downloaded and printed out below by clicking on the MS Word icon below.
To begin the re-enrollment process for Fall 2010, print out the forms, fill them out, sign them (student AND parents/guardians must sign), attach all additional papers or reports, and submit to the MCA Main Office no later than Feb. 19, 2010 for early consideration.
(You may submit an application later than Feb. 20th but it obviously is subject to availability of seats in the class under consideration.)
The first page in the print out is a check-off form listing all steps in the enrollment process.
Prospective Students Open House is Thursday, January 21, 2010 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm.
Admisions Test - necessary for admission. Sat., Feb. 6, 2010, 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
(After Feb. 6th, call the office to make an appointment to take the exam.)

Next, propective students must print out the following three (3) evaluation forms and turn them over to the appropriate person to fill out. That person (Principal/Counselor/Teacher) will mail the form directly to MCA. (Note: Parents should contact both the teacher and MCA to make sure that these recommendations are received by MCA on time.)

- Shared Teacher Recommendation - English
- Shared Teacher Recommendation - Math

(NOTE: Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of this page and print out the appropriate "Transfer Form" and "Enrollment Form.")

Lastly, in addition to the above forms, current students and propective students must also fill out and turn in the a "Transfer Request Form" and an "HISD Enrollment Form." You can print those forms below by clicking on the appropriate icon. |
