AFTER-SCHOOL CARE
4:00 - 6:00 pm
After careful consideration of how things when last school year, the Mount Carmel Academy Board of Trustees has adopted the following policy concerning after school care.
Student are dismissed at 3:35 pm on Monday - Thursday, and at 3:05 pm on Fridays. All students must be off the campus property by 4:00 pm, unless they are participating in a school sponsored sport, club activity, after-school tutoring or detention.
At 4:00 pm, the school grounds will be patrolled and all students not formally involved in one of the above activities will be taken to AFTER-SCHOOL CARE where they will work on homework and/or computers under the supervision of a teacher. AFTER-SCHOOL CARE is available until 6:00 pm. The costs are as follows:
$10.00 for two hours, or $195.00 per month.
After-School Care closes at 6:00 pm. All students must be picked up by that time. The late fee for pick-ups after 6:00 pm is $7.00 for each part of 15 minutes late.
