during Summer 2010:
ON CAMPUS or MOUNT CARMEL ON LINE

From Thursday, June 3, 2010 to Wednesday, June 30, 2010
9:00 am - 1:00 pm
- All work done on NovaNET online curriculum.
$150.00 for a 1-Semester Course
$300.00 for a 2-Semester Course

June 3 - August 1, 2010
(or until whatever date your school gives for completion of the course.)
- All work done from home or wherever you have access to a computer!
- Take a vacation and take summer school class at the same time!
- No books required!
- No classroom attendance!
- Self-paced courses!
- You may access your courses Monday - Friday,
from 1:00 pm - 7:00 am the next morning,
and 24 hours a day on weekends!
$250.00 for a 1-Semester Course
$350.00 for a 2-Semester Course
$200.00 for each additional course.

1. Download the appropriate application form below.
2. Fill out the application.
3. Be sure to initial the course(s) to be taken.
4. Have your high school counselor sign the form indicating
approval for you to take classes at MCA or MC OnLine.
5. Mail or hand deliver the completed form with your
check or money order to:
